About the role
- Achieving sales and new business development targets
- Assisting in managing and developing key accounts business
- Assist in managing and developing distributors
- Marketing and understanding downstream applications and customer needs
- Collaborating with oversea commercial and R&D team on new product promotion
Requirements
- Master's degree in chemicals or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in fine chemical industries
- Technical background in related industries is required
- Experience in managing key accounts and distributors is required
- Ability to develop new business from scratch
- Experience in handling multi-application business is preferred
- Marketing experience in organizing exhibitions and promoting new products & technology is preferred
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
