About the role
- Work with Global Key Accounts Team, reporting to the Head of Global Key Accounts
- Focus on the international business of selected global Chinese construction companies
- Take over responsibility for selected Chinese Global Key Accounts and define individual key account plans
- Develop a strong network within the Global Key Account HQ including Chinese SOEs, private contractors, design institutes, and project decision-makers
- Communicate and align all strategic activities with internal stakeholders
- Provide input for HQ departments to develop tailored products & services in support of Global Key Accounts
- Get involved in Large Scale Projects of assigned Global Key Accounts
- Establish and maintain global framework & preferred supplier agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or Construction
- 10 years’ experience in Key Account Management and / or Sales
- Strong experience in construction industry, preferably with formwork, scaffolding, or heavy equipment
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese & English
- Strategic mind set, self-motivated with strong work ethics
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Assertive team player
- Willingness to travel globally
