About the role

  • Video production and on-camera presentation: recording and presenting videos for YouTube, Instagram and other platforms;
  • Serve as the face of the brand in digital content;
  • Create scripts and content ideas aligned with the company’s strategy;
  • Ensure clear, educational and engaging communication in videos;
  • Content management and strategy: planning and executing digital content campaigns;
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to build strategies;
  • Participate in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns;
  • Performance tracking: monitor metrics such as engagement, reach, retention and growth;
  • Analyze content performance for continuous optimization;
  • Propose data-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience creating video content for social media;
  • Excellent on-camera communication skills;
  • Communicative profile: natural and relaxed, while remaining professional;
  • Basic knowledge of digital content metrics;
  • Ability to work in a team, with autonomy and organization;
  • Differentials (not required): active YouTube channel;
  • Professional Instagram profile;
  • Portfolio with previously produced content;
  • Experience producing content about technology, SaaS or development;
  • Own recording setup (studio or suitable environment with good lighting, audio and camera).
