About the role
- Develop, evolve, and maintain email solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and quality
- Lead technical discussions, support architectural decisions, and propose high-impact solutions
- Work across the entire development lifecycle: design, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Identify and resolve complex bottlenecks by performing advanced troubleshooting and continuously improving systems and processes
- Collaborate in refining requirements and product strategies, contributing technical vision and expertise
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level colleagues, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with email and deliverability solutions (for example: Microsoft Exchange, SmarterMail, PowerMTA, Dovecot, Postfix, Zimbra…)
- Strong experience administering and troubleshooting operating systems (primarily Linux CentOS, Ubuntu, and Windows Server 2012+)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible
- Experience with Shell scripting and PowerShell
