About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure unparalleled customer experience
Provide highly complex support to the largest trustee clients with complex needs
Resolve complex administrative issues and provide support to senior client staff
Support existing institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, facilitating transaction closing, handling cash, and investment transactions
Collaborate with internal groups to ensure client accounts are compliant and administered properly
