About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare detailed analyses and proposals for prospective clients by gathering and interpreting plan sponsor investment and current fee data to create pricing, profitability, and benchmarking comparisons.
  • Provide administrative support, including activities with third-party recordkeepers, the distribution of recurring plan investment reviews, and assisting in resolving client requests.
  • Responsible for the overall customer experience of the virtual education websites; ensuring ease of use and access, up-to-date information, and branding.
  • Analyze target markets and identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Maintain benchmarking software (FI360) by reviewing, updating, and inputting competitor performance and fee information.
  • Assist in fee processing, invoice creation/distribution, and timely collection of advisory fees for Retirement Plan Services account relationships.
  • Provide timely updates and maintain accurate information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Support meeting preparation, sales events, travel, and expense reimbursements as needed.
  • Help onboard new Advisors / retirement staff and updates onboarding materials and handbook for training where applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Business Administration/Management, Economics, or Finance
  • 3-5 years within the financial services industry
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe suite
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Understanding of financial services products, particularly related to retirement plans and investment products and services
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
