About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle daily tasks and lower-complexity requests within the core production team.
  • Prepare budget spreadsheets for less complex projects and manage process controls.
  • Solicit quotes and coordinate contracting with suppliers for smaller items such as giveaways, uniforms, and logistics.
  • Review copy and mockup artwork for giveaways and other production items.
  • Maintain client relationships under management supervision.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in: Business Administration, Economics, or other business-related programs. Advertising/Publicity students preferred. Preferred expected graduation: June 2028.
  • Strong commercial communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage cost control using Excel spreadsheets and/or internal payment systems.
