About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Refine briefs by identifying the information needed for internal project continuity.
- Conduct research and analysis (target audience, brand communication history and competitors, market references, and trends).
- Identify cultural context and audience insights related to the challenge.
- Develop project concepts, providing direction and inputs for other teams to further develop within their specializations; collaborate with creative, production, account, digital teams and suppliers.
- Create and propose creative concepts and territories aligned with the brand positioning.
- Write conceptual storytelling that connects the proposal to the client's objectives. Structure the proposal into commercial presentations and creative decks.
- Design audience experience journeys (pre-, during, and post-event).
- Review scripts, assets, scenography, activations, and content. Act as a bridge between idea and execution, ensuring the concept is preserved.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Advertising, Design, Business Administration, Communications, Events, Architecture, or related fields.
- Experience as a Planner and working in an events agency.
- Proficiency with Keynote and/or Microsoft Office and/or Google Slides.
- Knowledge of Live Marketing.
