About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform financial analyses of results, monitoring actual vs. budget and forecast performance and identifying variances, risks and opportunities.
  • Develop trend, profitability and financial performance studies for clients, projects and business units, proposing actions to maximize results.
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations, transforming financial data into strategic insights to support decision-making.
  • Serve as the reference for tax and fiscal processes, ensuring proper monitoring and analysis of monthly and annual taxes.
  • Act as the primary interface with internal areas, vendors and partners, conducting negotiations and financial alignments strategically.
  • Ensure excellence in service to internal and external stakeholders, providing timely, accurate and high-quality financial information.
  • Monitor and ensure the full invoicing cycle, from issuance to collection, mitigating operational and financial risks.
  • Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency and financial health.
  • Map, review and optimize financial processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation and cost reduction.
  • Manage payment requests and schedules, ensuring deadlines, cash flow requirements and internal controls are met.
  • Propose and implement performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the area’s financial and operational performance.
  • Actively participate in budget preparation, financial projections and the company’s strategic planning.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Financial planning (Budget and Forecast).
  • Analysis of Financial Statements (Income Statement / P&L).
  • Profitability analysis and financial metrics.
  • Management of billing/invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Tax knowledge (withholdings, direct and indirect taxes).
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Financial ERP systems.
  • Process mapping and improvement.
  • Preparation of executive presentations and management reports.
