About the role
- Planning and organizing content calendars (social media, email marketing, and communities)
- Executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Creating briefs for design and motion graphics
- Managing posts and analyzing performance
- Writing content and captions with a focus on engagement
- Supporting post-event results reporting
- Social listening, brand monitoring, and benchmarking
- Tracking social media trends
- Customer service (SAC) and social media responding
- Supporting events, brand activations, and special projects
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Microsoft Office suite
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and communications
- Basic proficiency with tools such as Google Drive, Excel/Sheets, and presentation software
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe) is a plus
