About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides direct patient care services and other related functions in support of the department.
- Performs independently within scope of department policies.
- Gathers pertinent clinical data and maintains accurate patient records.
- Positions and transfers patients appropriately.
- Assists physicians with interventional exams.
- Completes all exams, paperwork and submits promptly.
- Assists in maintaining an orderly inventory.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
- Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with peers to produce optimum results.
- Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and families.
