About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide continuous safety observation of patients
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Participate in supporting the patients with their activities of daily living
- Engage with the patients through casual talk and activities
- Document all care and communicate through report with designated staff member
- Report issues to the licensed clinical charge person
- Monitor visitors for unsafe materials
- Maintain regular checks and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification within 6 months of hire
- Previous position held in a healthcare setting preferred.
