About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees provider staff and activities for the delivery of outpatient behavioral health services.
- Manage and oversee the workflow of the business and clinical management of their service working closely with the Medical Director and Director of Emergency Services.
- Play a key role in program development, operational improvement, budgets and more.
- Provide supervision of all clinical caregivers.
- Provide direct clinical services to patients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required: Graduation and training from an accredited graduate program with a current unrestricted licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration: MA/MSW, PhD, (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
- Strong patient assessment competence.
- Organizational skills. Ability to provide education and review of documentation.
- Minimum 2 years of previous management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with mental health/substance abuse disorder setting.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective participative leadership and to interact with patients, families, physicians, and other visitors and staff.
- Strong analytical skills required to perform various data analysis techniques, review statistical and budgetary information, and synthesize information appropriately.
