About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assures the efficient day-to-day operational function of assigned areas
Plans, organizes, directs and monitors daily clinic performance
Ensures that staff adheres to system policies and procedures
Participates in the development of and manages the budget
Oversees day-to-day operations of resources, patient registration, scheduling, office operations, charge capture, physician relations
Coordinates clinical practice and deployment of resources at the clinic level
Serves as a liaison between the group administration, group practice physicians, and a variety of hospital departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent
Prior leadership/managerial experience with proven team building
Proven project management and presentation skills
Exceptional analytical skills
Knowledge of medical practices procedures and a variety of computerized software applications such as EPIC, Word and Excel
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Three to five years prior supervisory experience preferred
