Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold current certification as a BCBA or BCBA-D
  • Hold a doctoral degree and have completed all required behavior-analytic coursework
  • Have a minimum of three cumulative years of full-time teaching and research experience at an accredited higher education institution within the past five years
  • Currently enrolled in a behavior-analytic doctoral program (e.g., an ABAI-accredited doctoral program), either at the applying university or at another institution with a BCBA-level Verified Course Sequence (VCS), and have completed all required coursework
  • Hold a doctoral degree from an ABAI-accredited program
  • Hold a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution and currently serve in a faculty position within an ABAI-accredited program
  • Hold a doctoral degree from an accredited institution and have demonstrated a minimum five-year track record of meritorious contributions to the field of behavior analysis following completion of the degree
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Experience teaching courses focused on assessment and intervention strategies for children with autism.
