About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, deliver, and oversee online courses across Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing and related disciplines.
- Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders.
- Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally.
- Model professional and collegial behavior that cultivates mutual respect, trust, transparent communication, and appropriate confidentiality with faculty peers, staff, and university leadership.
- Other projects as agreed with and assigned by the Dean.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or other closely related field.
- Knowledge of and experience with ACBSP standards.
- Minimum three years of demonstrated success teaching in an online asynchronous learning environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering current, market-relevant, and engaging curriculum, assessments, and learning activities in an online-first LMS.
- Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention.
- Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines.
- Committed to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in respect, openness, and constructive dialogue.
