Sales Development Representative
UmanseSDR responsible for prospecting potential clients for consulting services at Techni Methods. Conduct market research and engage with leads through various communication channels to schedule meetings.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect potential clients (mid-sized companies) for the Techni Methods ecosystem.
- Conduct active market research to identify mid-sized companies with potential needs for innovation services, digital transformation, and training.
- Map decision-makers using LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
- Make initial outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Schedule initial meetings and hand off leads with full context to the MQL for continued qualification.
- Record all interactions in the CRM.
- Perform systematic follow-up with leads.
- Support marketing activities and events for lead generation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields.
- Previous experience in commercial prospecting, pre-sales (SDR/BDR), or active B2B telemarketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, persistent, and target-oriented profile.
- Experience selling consulting services, executive education, or technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with social selling techniques and prospecting automation.
- Knowledge of innovation, digital transformation, and the mid-market segment.
