About the role

  • Manage delinquent accounts, negotiate terms and monitor receivables.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and review statements and transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including daily cash flow monitoring and negotiation of payment terms.
  • Issue invoices and support fiscal document management.
  • Prepare and review accounting closing reports for tax calculation (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Analyze balance sheets, income statements (P&L) and cash flow to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Calculate simple and compound interest for negotiations, installment plans and receivables.
  • Support management with financial analyses to inform decision-making (costs, margins, profitability).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
  • Solid experience as a senior financial analyst, with responsibilities in accounts payable/accounts receivable, delinquency management, bank reconciliation and cash flow.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, financial control spreadsheets).
  • Knowledge of taxes and tax reporting (ICMS, ISS, IRRF, etc.) and experience with financial/accounting systems (ERP, accounts payable/receivable modules).
  • Strong negotiation skills, organizational ability, attention to detail and deadline management.
  • Experience in barter clubs, cooperatives or the service sector.
  • Knowledge of delinquency management and strategic collections.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on financial performance indicators.
