About the role
- Management of delinquent accounts and debt negotiation.
- Daily bank reconciliation (payment portals, boletos, PIX, cards).
- Issuance, verification and monitoring of invoices (notas fiscais).
- Preparation of accounting close reports and tax calculations.
- Preparation of analyses, balance sheets and income statements (DRE).
- Calculation of simple and compound interest.
- Cash flow analysis and financial control.
- Full management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support in financial BPO routines for multiple clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and cash flow.
- Knowledge of billing and issuance of invoices (notas fiscais).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, reporting, controls).
- Experience with financial ERPs (Totvs, SAP, Omie or similar systems).
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of tax obligations.
