About the role
- Support onboarding of new employees and service providers, managing checklists and follow-ups
- Assist in benefits management, liaising with vendors and maintaining benefits data
- Collaborate in the execution of internal marketing (endomarketing) and internal communication initiatives
- Support recruitment routines, candidate selection, assessments, and preparation of HR metrics reports
- Manage deadlines for evaluations and development plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields
- Preferred: extension courses in Personnel Administration (Payroll), internal marketing (endomarketing), or Benefits Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Power BI, Canva, internal communication tools, benefits platforms, and HR systems
- Support for benefits programs
- Assistance with benefits administration
