About the role
- Receive and analyze tickets, resolving incidents
- Investigate root causes of errors when handling service requests
- Dive into new SAP SuccessFactors features and present them to the client
- Implement new functionalities for our clients
- Collaborate closely with clients to build strong relationships
- Identify new opportunities or improvements for our clients
Requirements
- Professional with more than 3 years of experience in HRIS, working as a key user or consultant
- Interest in a broad range of HR processes (from core to talent) and in different industries
- Hold a driver's license and be able to travel as needed
- Ability to communicate in Dutch and French is a plus
- Advanced or fluent proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing)
