About the role

  • Act as a technical-functional architect for planning solutions within the Oracle Retail ecosystem
  • Lead the design of solutions using Oracle Retail IPO and planning and replenishment-related modules
  • Translate retail business requirements into functional and technical configurations and solutions
  • Support architecture decisions, integrations and data flows between corporate systems
  • Conduct workshops with business areas, especially demand planning, inventory and supply chain
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle Retail Planning best practices
  • Support functional testing, business validations and go-live activities
  • Serve as the technical reference for the project team and international stakeholders

Requirements

  • Solid experience with Oracle Retail Planning
  • Proven experience with Oracle Retail IPO (Inventory Planning Optimization)
  • Experience in retail projects, preferably in complex and multinational environments
  • Experience as an architect or technical-functional lead
  • Knowledge of inventory planning, replenishment and inventory optimization processes
  • Experience with integrations between Oracle Retail solutions and other corporate systems
  • Ability to work both functionally and technically (hybrid profile)
  • Advanced Spanish required (frequent interaction with team and stakeholders in Mexico)
  • Intermediate or higher English desirable
