About the role
- Act as a senior consultant in the SAP HCM module, with a focus on PA-PY (Personnel Administration and Payroll)
- Perform functional analyses related to personnel administration and payroll
- Support and implement necessary adjustments to comply with e-Social requirements
- Lead and support unit and integration testing in an SAP S/4HANA environment
- Identify functional impacts and propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices
- Collaborate with technical, functional, and business teams to validate deliverables
- Support the user acceptance and stabilization processes for implemented solutions
Requirements
- More than 8 years of experience working as an SAP HCM Consultant
- Solid experience with SAP HCM PA-PY (Personnel Administration and Payroll)
- Proven experience handling e-Social related requirements
- Experience executing unit and integration tests in SAP S/4HANA for HCM
- Strong functional analysis skills and a sound understanding of payroll business rules
