Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) processes tailored for synchronized production, inventory, and demand within military programs.
Leverage industry best practices and emerging trends in SI&OP for continuous improvement in a military program environment.
Establish and maintain a Military Programs Master Production Schedule for efficient production planning and resource allocation.
Collaborate with military procurement, production, and logistics teams to gather insights for decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for effective decision-making.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SI&OP and program scheduling.
Help identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks within military programs, ensuring continuity of supply and minimizing disruptions.
Utilize advanced analytics within the ERP system to generate reports on SI&OP process performance.
Lead a dedicated team of cross functional leaders in the execution of the SI&OP process.
Drive initiatives focused on process development and improvement within the business, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in SI&OP and master scheduling within military programs.
Expertise in utilizing ERP systems for SI&OP processes.
Strong understanding of military supply chain, logistics and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within a military program environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced planning software.
Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of related experience.
