Integrate generative AI APIs and large language models (LLMs) into internal operational dashboards
Develop custom, intuitive user interfaces for operations teams in Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency to interact with AI
Write, refine, and test prompts to ensure AI outputs are accurate and safe for financial workflows
Rapidly prototype new AI tools in collaboration with the AI Project Manager
Establish KPIs tied to user engagement, interface response times, and prompt accuracy
Partner with operations and engineering to build custom user interfaces and support the AI tool integration and interface lifecycle

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end software development
Demonstrated ability to build intuitive user interfaces and integrate external APIs
Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs and advanced prompt engineering
Ability to work effectively with operations teams to understand end-user needs
Experience in financial services or fund administration preferred but not required
Strong UX/UI sensibilities and a focus on human-in-the-loop design
