Digital Marketing, Lead Generation Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Successfully manage campaigns, email outreach cadences, marketing automation, and CRM optimization
- Align all marketing messaging consistent with the brand, ICP, and personas
- Work with marketing agency and CEO on marketing strategy
- Plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing including content writing, posting content in various formats from social media to blogs
- Work with the sales team to develop sales and marketing collateral
- Leverage ZoomInfo to mine data and Hubspot to manage campaigns to potential customers and current customers
- Lead events to network and develop relationships and business for UTG
- Quickly hand off opportunities to the appropriate Sales team member to speed sales cycle and keep customer engaged
- Respond immediately to customers who respond to our outreach efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience doing business development and digital marketing
- Comfortable with their results being visible (i.e. leads generated)
- Must stay ahead of trends in digital marketing to ensure UTG is always leveraging the best tools
- Experience with understanding how businesses work and how marketing tools can help achieve business outcomes
- Must have a working understanding of The Challenger Sale and marketing messaging methodology
- Must have worked in the technology industry
- Strong communication and collaboration internally and externally
- Comfortable in a fast-growing, scaling company
