About the role
- drive revenue growth from initial market entry through scale for integrated solutions
- build, manage, and expand relationships with AV systems integrators, consultants, and strategic partners
- recruit, enable, and support integrator partners with training, tools, and technical resources
- drive co-selling activities with integrators from opportunity identification through project close
- support RFPs, bids, and large-scale project pursuits
- identify, pursue, and close high-value AV LED opportunities with commercial customers
- develop a strong pipeline of new projects and repeat business
- negotiate complex contracts involving hardware, integration, and service
- establish scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting
- track KPIs, pipeline health, and partner performance
- hire, train, and mentor sales managers or account executives as the business grows
- serve as a subject-matter expert on AV LED display solutions, integration requirements, and use cases
- stay current on AV technology trends, competitors, and emerging standards
- provide market and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and service offerings
Requirements
