About the role
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create comprehensive audio-visual system designs
- Support the installation and integration of audio-visual systems
- Assist the assigned Project Manager in managing audio-visual projects from inception to completion
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are comfortable using their new audio-visual systems
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all audio-visual projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in audio-visual technology, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining audio-visual systems
- Proficiency with audio-visual equipment, including projectors, video walls, complex AV systems, displays, sound systems, control systems, video conferencing platforms, and networking
- Relevant industry certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) are highly desirable
- Experience using D-Tools, Acumatica, and Microsoft
