About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute test plans to validate new features against TPM requirements
  • Perform exploratory testing to discover edge-case bugs
  • Document defects in Jira with clear technical detail
  • Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and close reported bugs
  • Configure user data and system states in admin portals for testing
  • Define requirements for automated data seeders with the engineering team
  • Perform daily health checks of testing environments
  • Provide the TPM with immediate test-result updates for Go/No-Go release decisions
  • Maintain test documentation and defect-reporting workflow standards
  • Identify manual scenarios suitable for future automation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–2 years in a technical or analytical role, including Testing, Support, or Product-adjacent roles
  • Power-user comfort with complex software systems and admin tools
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in learning Postman, SQL, and API basics
  • Exceptional organizational skills managing data across platforms such as Excel and Jira
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Logical problem-solving ability to trace bugs to their source
  • Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to write clear, concise technical reports and communicate complex issues in real time
  • Candidates outside the United States will be engaged under an independent contractor agreement and must manage their own social security and taxes according to their home-country regulations
