About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure financial accuracy and operational soundness of reservations from booking through post-travel resolution
- Conduct audits of pro forma invoices to identify discrepancies
- Communicate with partners to enforce contract rates and terms
- Analyze booking trends to identify under-margin bookings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Supplier Relationship Management within the travel industry (Hotels, DMC, Tour Operator, or Wholesale)
- Mastery of travel industry pricing (Net vs. Rack/Gross) and the distribution landscape
- Advanced mathematical proficiency, contractual literacy, and a deep understanding of financial lifecycles (AR/AP)
- Native-level English (written and spoken)
- Experience with US-based companies for LATAM candidates is preferred
