About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development, monitor, and update project schedules so that projects can be executed in the most efficient manner possible
Manage numerous project schedules evaluating critical path, schedule content, relationships and logic, constraints, and milestones
Assess impacts to the schedule critical path activities; report deviations and variances and assist in the developing action plans for corrective measures
Track scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance
Document and track project meeting actions as directed
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with client and project team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 10 years of project scheduling management experience in the utility, energy, construction, or engineering field required
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certifications desired
Experience using Primavera P6 is required
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communication with project management and client’s leadership
Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
