Key responsibilities & impact

Leads the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across Technology and Corporate Services
Responsible for driving projects from initiation through delivery
Ensures clear scope definition, strong stakeholder alignment, and successful business outcomes
Works closely with business and functional leaders to deliver high-impact initiatives
Manages project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans ensuring alignment with approved budgets
Identifies risks and dependencies early and drives mitigation strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, technology, engineering, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, including enterprise-level initiatives
5+ years of experience delivering complex technology projects, including infrastructure and business systems delivery
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional efforts with executive visibility
Strong business acumen, with experience supporting corporate functions such as operations, strategy, finance, or shared services
Proven experience in change management and driving organizational adoption
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics
Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing other project managers or team members
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
