About the role
- Support Sales Operations projects and initiatives end-to-end, including the CRM Innovations team, process improvement, reporting, and enablement efforts.
- Document and manage business requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) and support requirements validation.
- Assist with business process analysis and continuous improvement across Sales Operations workflows.
- Coordinate project workstreams, including plans, tasks, dependencies, risks, and follow‑ups.
- Support intake, discovery, and triage of CRM requests by clarifying scope, documenting assumptions, and routing to appropriate owners.
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with the CRM team to translate business needs into system requirements and maintain alignment through delivery.
- Support Sales Operations and CRM related activities such as reporting needs (views, dashboards), workflow automation (Power Automate), and release coordination.
- Assist with testing and release readiness, including test case support, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and training or release communications.
- Maintain project documentation, plans, and trackers; coordinate recurring project routines and meetings.
- Track risks, issues, and decisions; escalate as needed; and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience supporting projects, operations, business analysis, or CRM‑related initiatives.
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall); CAPM, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
- Experience documenting processes and requirements and translating business needs into actionable detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) and familiarity with work tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) is a plus.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related concepts (Dataverse, workflows/Power Automate, security roles, reporting) preferred.
