Lead large, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from initiation through close-out for the CAISO/DWR/Plant SCADA/Mission Critical/Water/Wastewater
Manage all aspects of project execution, including scope, stakeholder management, schedule, budget, and quality
Critical coordination of highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activity at the right time
Lead project meetings, including progress reviews and problem-solving sessions
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Develop and implement detailed project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies
Serve as Single Point of Contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that technical aspects of the project are properly managed
Schedule & Cost Planning and Monitor project progress
Ensure adherence to Ulteig governance policies and procedures for project success

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
8-10 years of project management experience, with significant experience in engineering projects.
Advanced technical engineering knowledge, with the ability to understand and resolve complex engineering challenges.
PMP or higher/equivalent certification preferred.
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing large, complex projects within Ulteig's Lifeline Sectors.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Planview Adaptive Work).
Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) experience preferred.
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S or Canada.
Must be able to travel to the US and Canada.
