About the role

  • Lead project proposal and estimating efforts; manage all aspects of proposal creation ensuring required timelines are met
  • Collaborate with technical and field teams and secure input from all necessary stakeholders to create proposal drafts (80% complete) and coordinate with technical pursuit team to finalize
  • Manage and/or facilitate subcontract elements of proposal
  • Maintain company-wide consistency for proposals, templates, corporate guidelines, and other standards; stay abreast of industry standards and best practices
  • Ensure integrity of CRM data for opportunities in the Develop stage
  • Collaborate with clients and their procurement teams in conjunction with the sales team
  • Lead internal kickoff meetings and participate in external client meetings as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Technology (Bachelors or Associates)
  • 6-10 years of experience in proposals, sales, or project management in the power or renewables markets
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and external stakeholders
  • Client-centric oriented behavior
  • Preferred project management professional (PMP or APMP) training or certification
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the US.
