- Ulteig is seeking a Renewables Market Technical Lead – Civil to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of renewable energy.
- In this dynamic position, you’ll bridge technical expertise and market strategy driving growth, enhancing proposal quality, and ensuring seamless project delivery across our civil and structural engineering offerings.
- You’ll collaborate with market leaders, technical teams, and business development stakeholders to strengthen client partnerships, advance key pursuits, and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of demos, SOQs, and client presentations for new and existing civil renewables customers.
- Drive post-proposal evaluations and participate in project lessons learned reviews to improve future pursuits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering project execution within the renewable energy sector.
- Advanced technical engineering knowledge, with the ability to understand and resolve complex civil engineering challenges.
- Proven experience in technical proposal development and client engagement.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, create structure, and build scalable processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one before starting date.
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S or Canada.
- Must be able to travel to the US and Canada.
