About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented
Develop reports and dashboards supporting audits, configuration status, lifecycle management and executive decision making
Implement automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations to improve data accuracy
Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies
Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data
Translate findings into scalable CMDB capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
10+ years of IT experience
Strong understanding of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium
Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies
Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery
Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
Must work on-site
