About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
- Answer product, pricing and shipping questions
- Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat

- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
- Deliver legendary customer service and identify effective solutions supporting customers’ business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- For non-safety sensitive roles, pre-employment drug screening will not include marijuana
