About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee operations of Uline’s Washington branch, including Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments
  • Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service
  • Ensure the 1-million-square-foot distribution center grounds exceed company standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience in operations or general management
  • Experience supervising personnel
  • Limited overnight travel
  • Warehouse, call center and/or sales experience a plus
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Role is safety sensitive for drug testing purposes
