Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations
Direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people
Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership
Experience leading with KPIs and performance metrics
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
All positions are on-site
