About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process customer orders
- Make product recommendations

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Fluent bilingual English and Spanish in verbal and written forms
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must work on-site
- Full-time availability for Friday–Tuesday, 9 PM–5:30 AM
- Availability for approximately 6–7 months of weekday daytime training, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM
