About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
  • Maintain electrical lighting, large-scale HVAC and generator systems.
  • Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
  • Inspect and test fire protection systems.
  • Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large-scale HVAC systems or carpentry.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.
  • Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license.
