About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee facilities projects across our 14 North American locations to ensure projects align with Uline's quality standards and business goals.
- Manage project requests using our internal systems to assign work items, monitor project deadlines and drive improvements.
- Train and develop 19+ Facilities Coordinators, providing guidance to ensure strong performance and efficient operations.
- Partner with other departments, documenting key project decisions to support execution and deliver timely updates.
- Maintain and distribute department reports, processes and procedures to ensure consistency across locations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of project management, architecture or related experience.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Available for travel and occasional early morning, evening and weekend projects.
