About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support customers with special pricing requests, preparing quotes, addressing pricing inquiries and recommending tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes and strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions.
- Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings.
- Collaborate across Uline's internal departments to meet our customer's needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant Quotes, Inside Sales or call center experience.
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Industrial products experience preferred.
