Key responsibilities & impact

Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
