About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers over phone calls and emails with managing their accounts and resolving outstanding balances.
- Document customer financial status and collection efforts.
- Provide superior service to customers and other departments including the Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams.
- Review department processes and recommend workflow improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
- 1+ years of Collections or Customer Service experience.
- Strong understanding of collections processes and systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
