About the role
- Process customer orders and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
- Make product recommendations and be a product and solutions expert
- Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
- Participate in in-depth training and one-on-one peer mentoring
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus (training provided if eager to learn)
- Ability to work on-site at Uline branch locations
