About the role

  • Process customer orders and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
  • Make product recommendations and be a product and solutions expert
  • Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat
  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
  • Participate in in-depth training and one-on-one peer mentoring

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus (training provided if eager to learn)
  • Ability to work on-site at Uline branch locations
