About the role

  • Build and grow the Omaha, NE market for Uline
  • Manage and grow existing accounts and prospect for new business
  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned markets and build on-site customer relationships
  • Plan and schedule activities (Mondays) and conduct on-site customer visits Tuesday–Friday
  • Create effective solutions for customers using Uline's 43,000 products
  • Participate in 4 weeks of sales training, a 12-week mentorship program, and weekly team meetings at the office

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years previous sales experience (preferred)
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and great driving record
  • Ability to meet with customers on-site and travel within assigned territory
