About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently to support Uline’s U.S. and Mexico operations.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify trends and maintain accurate records.
- Support customers by phone and email, resolving inquiries and payment discrepancies.
- Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
- Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations.
