About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service.
- Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates in our state-of-the-art customized software.
- Resolve missing or incomplete documentation by guiding customers through certificate requirements.
- Calculate and process sales tax credits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
